About Happiness Events
Happiness Events are customized for your organization or group. Weaving together meditation techniques, experiential games, laughter yoga exercises, simple movement, chanting, breathing and rhythm-based clapping with principles for creating lasting attitudinal shifts she is adept at teaching and facilitating individuals out of stress-based problem-focused thinking into solution-focused peaceful states of mind.

About Happiness Therapy
How does Happiness Therapy Work?
Happiness Therapy brings together the latest research on happiness creation and combines it with proven mind-body techniques, laughter and other energy therapies to open the body to its innate experience of joy.
Group Work Laughter and other mind-body techniques are woven into a tapestry with proven concepts for boosting happiness and decreasing issues connected with eating disorders, feelings of shame, guilt and fear; powerlessness; depression and anxiety; and trauma. Individual Sessions Laughter and other mind-body techniques are used as part of a customized program for individual clients. Experiential exercises are incorporated into a daily homework wellness regime.
