More about the Aliveness Training in Somatic Process
The Aliveness Training in Somatic Process™ trains professionals in the mental and spiritual health fields how to stand in a place of wholeness and elicit awareness of wholeness in their clients. Key principles and techniques from Ecopsychology, Somatic, Transpersonal and Humanistic Psychological practices are incorporated into a framework that redefines concepts of pathology, placing them in a context of culturally induced states of disconnection and fragmentation. Such states and their resulting stress-related disorders are viewed as normal within the context of our fragmented culture. The way back to wholeness must be viewed from a cultural, ecological, spiritual and somatic vantage point.
The program is administered via teleclasses, independent study, experiential learning, internship, and practicum.
We offer a truly innovative program that includes:
• A framework that embraces the highest vision for self-mastery, yet also speaks to most dis-ease, disorders, addictions, and codependency;
• Simple exercises that see results quickly;
• Structured assignments and high-quality educational and support materials;
• Proven techniques for advanced mind-body processes;
• An integrated approach that includes psychological, nature-centered and an expressive art focus for optimal results;
• Essential, body-centered energetic principles;
• Theoretical principals from the fields of Transpersonal and Somatic Psychology, Ecopsychology and Social Psychology
• Enhanced awareness of your own embodiment, expanded creative abilities and deepened sense of Presence;
Social worker and certified counselor CEUs in process.
