You remind me of a natural athlete: if the sessions were a baseball game you’d be the one who always appears to be standing where the ball is going and it falls into your hand, as opposed to the others who are running all over hell and creation trying to catch things and missing. Your ability to naturally steer things in the right direction and allow the participants to do so much of the work (which is essential to their recovery) thoroughly impresses me.

About Jane E. Latimer

Psychotherapist and author Jane Latimer M.A., M.F.A. is the founder of the Aliveness Institute. Educated at Hunter College and Regis University her academic background spans areas of transpersonal and humanistic psychology, expressive arts and mind-body therapies, and spirituality. Her broad understanding of how the relationships between creativity, nature, art and movement inform the embodiment of the true self have led her into the development of new areas of thought in somatic processes, energy therapies, transpersonal spirituality and in the emerging field of heart-based thinking. In addition to administering The Aliveness Institute she works privately with clients and teaches internationally.
